Should you need to uninstall Glance, there are two suggested ways of doing so.

NOTE: An issue currently exist in the Glance by Mirametrix® Windows App uninstallation procedure. To properly uninstall Glance in that case, please follow the instructions available here.

Through Windows' "Add or Remove Programs" Menu

The easiest way to uninstall Glance is to navigate to the Windows Settings, by clicking on the Windows Icon and then clicking the gear icon.

Once in the settings menu, select the "Apps" group. Search the list for Glance, and select Uninstall. Follow the on screen prompts, and Glance should successfully be uninstalled.

Through Command Line (Advanced)

The Glance uninstaller is available through command line interface. Simply navigate to the following path:

C:/Program Files/Mirametrix/Glance/​bin

And execute "uninstall.exe".

In some cases, it might be necessary to automate the uninstallation, which would require the uninstaller to be ran without user input. This option is available through our silent execution switch "/S", making the command:

​uninstall.exe /S

There should be no issue having this be ran as part of a longer script, since no reboot is enforced immediately after the uninstaller is ran (although it is recommended to perform a reboot before using the computer).
