In certain situations, our customer support agents may ask you to provide Glance debug information. The debug information is obtained by following these steps:
- Shift+Right-click on the Glance icon in the taskbar to access the "Power Tools" menu
- Open the "Log Viewer"
- Click "Save debug data to desktop"
This last step will generate a zip file on your desktop named "GlanceDebugDataBackup_YYYYMMDD_HHMMSS.zip", where "YYYYMMDD_HHMMSS" will be the date and time at which the archive was generated.
This file can then be provided to Mirametrix for analysis.
