Please provide diagnostic info by following these steps:
(1) Access the Glance by left clicking on the Glance icon, found in the Windows tray.
(2) Click on "About" from the left hand menu.
(3) Click "Detailed Information" button.
(4) Click on "Copy details to Clipboard".
(5) Fill the Diagnostic Information field with the acquired information, by right-clicking and selecting paste, or by using the shortcut "Ctrl+V".
(6) Please also click Save Glance debug data to Desktop and attach the zipped package to the submitted ticket.
